Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies accurately and promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and put-away of incoming goods.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Organize warehouse stock and maintain an orderly inventory storage system.
- Generate inventory reports for management review.
- Identify and report damaged or expired goods.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Support logistics team in optimizing inventory flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
