Join our growing team as a Distribution Center Associate in San Antonio, Texas! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks that ensure our products reach customers efficiently and accurately. You'll be involved in receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory according to established procedures.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed, ensuring all items are correctly identified and consolidated.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and staging for carrier pickup.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to move goods throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all requirements regarding the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Be prepared for tasks that require significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Understand and follow all Safety protocols within the distribution center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment preferred.
- Familiarity with order picking and packing processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding and adherence to safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
