Join our fast-paced logistics operation in Nashville, Tennessee as an Order Picker. We are looking for motivated individuals who can accurately and efficiently select products for customer orders. In this role, you will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves using a pick list or handheld scanner, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are selected. Your attention to detail will be paramount in minimizing order errors and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse. Experience with warehouse equipment, although not always required, is a definite advantage. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the mandatory use of provided PPE. The physical demands of this role include frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods. You will play a key part in our supply chain, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time. Understanding of logistics principles and warehouse operations is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using a pick list or scanner.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order requirements.
- Package items appropriately for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed to transport goods.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Utilize provided PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Contribute to team goals and objectives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
