Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our logistics team in the vibrant city of Boston, Massachusetts. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, directly impacting our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, maintaining accurate stock records, and implementing procedures to minimize shrinkage. You will collaborate closely with warehouse management to optimize stock rotation, ensure product availability, and improve overall warehouse organization. Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management software are essential. This position requires adherence to rigorous Safety standards, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Occasional moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs) may be required.
