Our growing logistics facility in Provo, Utah, is hiring a Warehouse Associate. This multifaceted role is critical to our daily operations, encompassing tasks such as receiving, storing, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of products. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying accuracy.
- Store items in designated warehouse locations, following proper procedures.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciliation.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Identify and report any potential hazards or maintenance issues.
- Support the overall logistics and fulfillment process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
- Experience operating warehouse machinery is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Basic computer skills for WMS data entry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
