We are hiring a motivated Order Picker to join our fast-paced logistics facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include accurately locating and retrieving products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanning devices, verifying product information and quantities, and preparing orders for shipment. Efficiency and accuracy are key to success in this role, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. You will be trained on and operate various pieces of warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, always prioritizing safety. Strict adherence to all company safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety shoes and gloves, is required. This position involves regular physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Use RF scanners and order pickers to navigate the warehouse and locate products.
- Verify product details and quantities before proceeding to the next pick location.
- Stage completed orders for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory tasks and stock replenishment as needed.
