As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. This includes receiving and checking in inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, organizing stock, and preparing shipments for delivery. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are critical for ensuring customer satisfaction. We place a strong emphasis on maintaining a secure and productive workspace, with a focus on safety . All Warehouse Associates are required to adhere to all company safety guidelines and correctly use all provided PPE . This role demands physical capability, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, bending, and moving throughout the warehouse. An understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics is helpful, but comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Organize and restock warehouse shelves.
- Prepare orders for shipping and loading.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE .
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Understand and support warehouse logistics processes.
- Perform frequent Lifting and physical labor.
