In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and then carefully packaging them for shipment. This position requires a good understanding of order fulfillment processes and the ability to work efficiently to meet daily targets. You will use RF scanners and other equipment to locate items and confirm selections. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential for efficiency and safety . We emphasize adherence to all company safety protocols and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE ). This role involves considerable physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. - Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify picked items against order requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines.
- Utilize appropriate PPE as required.
- Meet picking and packing productivity standards.
- Perform basic quality checks on products.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Understand basic logistics flow from picking to shipping.
- Perform frequent Lifting and manual tasks.
