We are seeking motivated and dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be an essential part of our order fulfillment process, contributing to the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders with precision, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A strong understanding of warehouse **Logistics** and a commitment to operational excellence are key. We place a high priority on **Safety**, and you will be expected to strictly follow all company **Safety** procedures and guidelines, including the proper utilization of **PPE** such as safety vests and gloves. This position requires physical stamina, including regular **lifting** of items up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, walking, and bending. You will work in a dynamic team environment and have the opportunity to learn various aspects of warehouse operations.
