Join our dynamic logistics team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking efficient and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to our order fulfillment process. In this role, you will be instrumental in accurately selecting items from our inventory and preparing them for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational abilities, can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining a high level of Safety. You will utilize scanning technology and follow established procedures to guarantee order accuracy. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking various items from warehouse stock according to order specifications.
- Using RF scanners to track inventory and confirm picks.
- Performing quality checks on items to ensure they meet standards.
- Packing items securely into appropriate shipping materials.
- Applying shipping labels and preparing packages for dispatch.
- Maintaining an organized and clean personal workspace and surrounding area.
- Adhering strictly to all company Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to achieve picking and packing goals.
- Assisting with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the order fulfillment workflow.
The ability to perform frequent Lifting and a proactive approach to Safety are essential for success in this position. We are looking for motivated individuals ready to contribute to our logistics operations. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you have the skills needed to excel.
