We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona! If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a dynamic logistics environment, we want to hear from you. This role is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse, supporting various functions from receiving to shipping. You will be involved in a range of activities, including sorting, stocking, picking, and packing orders, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, is capable of performing tasks requiring physical exertion, and prioritizes Safety above all else. You will work closely with a supportive team and contribute to meeting daily operational targets. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment. All necessary PPE will be provided to ensure your well-being during your shifts. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and processing incoming warehouse stock.
- Picking and filling orders from stock.
- Packing and preparing orders for shipment.
- Organizing and securing stock in the warehouse.
- Operating hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Ensuring a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
- Assisting with loading and unloading trucks.
- Following all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of logistics operations.
This position requires the ability to handle frequent Lifting and a commitment to upholding rigorous Safety standards. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow within our logistics operations.
