We are hiring Warehouse Workers to join our bustling facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse and plays a key part in our logistics network. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and managing inventory. Maintaining a high standard of Safety is crucial, and you will be required to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires physical capability, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and the ability to stand and move for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and store incoming inventory.
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Keep warehouse premises clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Wear assigned PPE, ensuring it is in good condition.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as directed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent desirable.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and consistent use of PPE.
