Are you ready to be a key player in our state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota? We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to handle a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. This role involves receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will contribute directly to the efficient flow of goods within our logistics network. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and committed to maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy. Safety is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all Safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Sort and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure timely processing of all outbound shipments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting, up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to Safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
