As a Warehouse Associate, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE, is mandatory. The position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting and movement throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Inspect inventory for damages and discrepancies.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and use required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and other operational tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles and the importance of PPE.
