We are actively seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team at our Miami, Florida facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient handling of goods. Key responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counting.
- Strictly follow all company Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure the correct and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
- Undertake other warehouse tasks as directed, which may include significant Lifting of items up to 55 lbs.
- Support the smooth functioning of all logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Good organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Physical capacity to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Awareness of and adherence to workplace Safety standards.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations is a plus.
