Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safe lifting practices and material handling.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, and frequent lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
