We are looking for a diligent and quick-thinking Order Picker to join our bustling warehouse operations in Jacksonville, Florida. In this key role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders by accurately and efficiently retrieving items from our inventory. Your performance directly impacts our logistics and fulfillment timelines. Responsibilities include using handheld scanners or pick lists to locate products, carefully selecting the correct items and quantities, and preparing them for the packing and shipping stages. You will be part of a dynamic team, working towards common goals in a fast-paced environment. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, strict adherence to all company safety policies and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. We provide comprehensive training on safe lifting techniques and efficient work practices. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and the capacity for repetitive lifting.
