Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize loss and damage.
  • Manage stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) to ensure product freshness and prevent obsolescence.
  • Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of all inventory items.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Recommend process improvements for inventory management and logistics.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and the use of PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
