We provide comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize loss and damage.
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) to ensure product freshness and prevent obsolescence.
- Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of all inventory items.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Recommend process improvements for inventory management and logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Familiarity with safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
