We are looking for a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our logistics team in Denver, Colorado! This role is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and in excellent condition. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for selecting items from warehouse storage based on order documentation and carefully packaging them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include scanning items, verifying quantities, using appropriate packaging materials to protect products during transit, and labeling shipments correctly. You will work in a busy warehouse environment and collaborate with your colleagues to meet demanding deadlines. Experience with RF scanners is advantageous. We seek individuals who are organized, meticulous, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly workspace is crucial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse stock according to customer orders.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or defects.
- Package products securely using appropriate materials to ensure they arrive safely.
- Apply shipping labels and any necessary documentation to packages.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and tape machines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the logistics facility.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including wearing proper PPE and following safe lifting guidelines.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing performance metrics.
