We are seeking enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced warehouse in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your daily tasks will involve using handheld scanners to locate items in the warehouse, carefully picking them from shelves, and then accurately packing them for shipment. Ensuring the integrity of the items during the packing process is paramount. We emphasize a strong commitment to Safety , and all team members must consistently follow established procedures and wear the required PPE at all times. This role demands physical agility, including walking, standing, bending, and Lifting items that can weigh up to 50 pounds. Experience in a similar role within the Logistics or e-commerce sector is a plus. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses good time management skills, and can work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for meeting picking and packing quotas while maintaining high standards of accuracy. This is a dynamic role where you will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are processed correctly and shipped out on time.
