In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving and stocking products, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the logistics industry within a fast-paced environment. We prioritize the safety of our employees above all else, and you will be required to follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The job requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift. Candidates should be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock received items in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Follow all directions from warehouse supervisors and management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and be physically active for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
