The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve consistent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Receive, verify, and store incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Assemble product boxes as needed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for qualified individuals).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Conduct quality checks on products and shipments.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all instructions from warehouse supervisors and management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety and understanding of warehouse logistics.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and operate different types of warehouse equipment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
