Key duties include order fulfillment (picking, packing, and sorting), receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring the accurate movement of goods. This physically demanding role requires the ability to perform frequent lifting and prolonged periods of standing and walking. - Accurately fulfill customer orders through picking, packing, and sorting.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory promptly.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment as trained.
- Ensure the distribution center remains clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all warehouse policies and procedures.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the use of required PPE.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or safety concerns.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our logistics network.
