Seeking a skilled Warehouse Coordinator for our Provo, Utah location! This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and staff supervision. You will ensure that all logistics activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and safely. Your duties will involve coordinating workflow, optimizing storage solutions, and managing inventory levels to meet demand. A strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain principles, and effective team leadership is crucial. We maintain a rigorous commitment to safety; therefore, you will be responsible for enforcing all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe Lifting practices for your team. This role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. The successful candidate will contribute to improving operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy of stock.
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations and procedures, including PPE compliance.
- Train new employees on warehouse operations, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements.
- Maintain strong communication with management, other departments, and carriers.
- Ensure proper handling of materials, including safe Lifting techniques and equipment operation.
