We are seeking a versatile Distribution Center Associate for our major hub in Los Angeles, California. This role is crucial to the efficient operation of our extensive logistics network, involving a wide range of warehouse activities. Responsibilities include order picking and packing, loading and unloading trailers, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We prioritize Safety above all else, providing comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate is physically fit, capable of frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and possesses a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Move products within the distribution center using equipment like pallet jacks.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform regular inventory checks.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained.
- Ensure correct use of PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear and use all required PPE.
