Job Summary:
Our state-of-the-art distribution center in Seattle, Washington is looking for motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our expanding logistics team. This role involves a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will be an integral part of ensuring the efficient flow of products through our facility. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment, and all associates are required to follow stringent safety procedures and wear the appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as trained and certified.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Comply with all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory control processes, including cycle counts.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and wearing required PPE at all times.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
