We are looking for a dedicated Order Picker to join our growing **logistics** team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment by retrieving items from our warehouse shelves. Your responsibilities will include using handheld scanners to identify and collect products, verifying order accuracy, and transporting items to packing stations. A strong emphasis is placed on **safety**, and you must adhere to all **safety** protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail and efficiency. Key duties include:
- Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners.
- Verifying that the correct items and quantities are picked.
- Consolidating picked items and moving them to the designated packing or staging area.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following all company **safety** policies and procedures, including **PPE** usage and safe **lifting** practices.
- Achieving daily picking targets for speed and accuracy.
- Assisting with inventory control tasks such as cycle counting.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
