As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic, team-oriented warehouse environment, contributing to the smooth flow of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and scanners.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all information is correct.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management activities.
- Follow all established safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet daily targets and ensure efficient logistics.
- Identify and report any operational issues or safety hazards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and logistics.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
