Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train and mentor landscaping crew to maximize efficiency and maintain quality standard
• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily tasks, including planting, pruning, fertilization and irrigation
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations 
• Walking exterior of property picking up trash and debris
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• 1-3 years experience 
• Valid driver's license required
