Job Description
Blue Iris Landscaping is a Custom Design-Build landscape company looking for an organized foreman with good attention to detail and an artistic eye.
We do mainly residential landscapes for owners who want something different than the standard design.
The person must have knowledge in these areas: Brick laying,
Retaining Wall building,
Plant Identification and care,
The foreman responsibilities are
Meeting with the owner-designer
Organizing the crew and trucks in the morning
Supervise the crew during the work day
Training new employees
Talking to the client to keep them updated on progress and any discovered problems
The foreman needs to be thinking several steps ahead so they can keep the crew busy.
We offer accrued vacation/sick day pay
