37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

£36,501–£43,654 per annum, dependent on experience

City College Norwich is seeking an experienced People Partner to join our busy HR team. The post is based at our central Norwich campus and supports all College sites. This role provides high‑level technical advice to managers on a broad range of workforce matters and leads on designated areas of HR activity.

Applicants must hold CIPD Level 5 (as a minimum) and current Chartered Membership. You will have recent experience managing a varied and complex HR caseload, alongside up‑to‑date knowledge of employment legislation. Experience within the public sector and familiarity with integrated HR and Payroll systems such as iTrent MHR would be advantageous.
