I&C Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced I&C Construction Supervisor to lead the safe and compliant delivery of instrumentation and controls construction activities across an industrial project lifecycle. This is a hands-on supervisory role covering pre-construction planning, installation, testing, and commissioning readiness.

• Supervise and coordinate all I&C construction activities in line with drawings, specifications, programme schedules, and budgets
• Manage works from pre-construction through installation, testing, and system turnover
• Support constructability reviews, planning sessions, and execution strategy development
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, SOPs, and statutory compliance standards
• Monitor contractor performance, progress reporting, and project governance metrics
• Support commissioning readiness and stakeholder coordination across delivery teams
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice construction methodologies

• Proven experience in I&C construction supervision within industrial, pharma, utilities, or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation xcfaprz installation standards, and commissioning processes
• Experience working in regulated or safety-critical environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and quality compliance

• Must currently reside in Ireland
• Valid Irish work visa or EU passport required
