HR Manager
Location: Office-based, remote, or other locations as needed. Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 (37.5 hours/week) with TOIL or overtime as required. Travel: UK travel required; must have a full, clean UK driving license and suitable vehicle. Security Clearance: Must obtain and maintain DBS, NPPV Level 3, and HMPPS Cat A Security Clearance. Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The HR Manager plays a key role in shaping company culture, ensuring employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with employment laws. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, supporting leadership with workforce planning, and providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager will also oversee GDPR adherence, safeguarding employee data and ensuring best practices in data protection.
Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on HR management, this role ensures efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR operations that align with business goals. By fostering a positive workplace environment, the HR Manager will help drive organisational success and staff retention.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Person Specification
Essential:

Proven HR management experience with strong knowledge of employment law and GDPR.

Education & Qualifications:

Essential: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; CIPD Level 5.
