Your primary duties will involve navigating the warehouse to pick specified items and then carefully packing them for shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Ensure the correct items and quantities are packed for each order.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Assist with loading and unloading as needed.
- Contribute to overall team goals and logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
