Join our bustling Philadelphia, Pennsylvania warehouse as a Material Handler. In this dynamic role, you will be essential to the efficient flow of goods within our logistics facility. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will operate various equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to move inventory safely and effectively. A strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all company policies are paramount. This position requires individuals who are physically fit and capable of performing consistent Lifting (up to 60 lbs) throughout their shift. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times to ensure your safety and the safety of your colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company in the logistics sector and develop valuable warehouse skills. Key duties include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
- Stocking materials in designated warehouse locations
- Picking and staging orders for outbound shipment
- Operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assisting with inventory counts and audits
