Join our dynamic logistics team in Grand Rapids, Michigan, as a Picker/Packer. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. Your tasks will include locating items within the warehouse using RF scanners, verifying product details, and preparing them for shipment. You will meticulously pack orders, ensuring product integrity during transit and meeting our high-quality standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail, speed, and a strong commitment to Safety in all aspects of your work. Teamwork and the ability to follow instructions are key to success. This role involves regular physical activity, including Lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout your shift. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times for your protection. We are looking for motivated individuals eager to contribute to our successful warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking products based on order specifications
- Utilizing RF scanners for inventory tracking
- Packing items securely and efficiently
- Preparing packages for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
