We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to support the seamless flow of goods through our distribution center. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your dedication to maintaining an efficient and safe work environment, including proper lifting techniques and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. We foster a team-oriented culture that values hard work and commitment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution center environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure the correct use of PPE at all times.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, involving standing, walking, and lifting.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to use required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
