We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Tampa, Florida. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth flow of goods within our distribution center, contributing to the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with other warehouse staff to fulfill orders accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include pre-operation inspection of forklifts, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. We emphasize the importance of proper lifting techniques and the use of required PPE to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced forklift driver looking to join a growing company in the logistics sector. Experience with various types of forklifts is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
- Perform daily pre-operation checks on forklifts.
- Stack and store merchandise according to established procedures.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator.
- Valid forklift certification is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
- Commitment to wearing all required PPE.
