Join our innovative logistics team in San Jose, California, as an Inventory Control Specialist. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and implementing solutions to prevent future errors. You will utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels, manage stock locations, and generate reports. Collaborating with warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving departments to resolve inventory-related issues is a key aspect of this position. Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment is a priority, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE, is mandatory. While this role may involve some lifting of up to 30 pounds, the primary focus is on analytical and system-based tasks. Experience with inventory management software and a strong understanding of logistics best practices are highly valued.
