Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Coordinator in Denver, Colorado! We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations. This key role involves coordinating the flow of goods, managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient logistics processes. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining optimal warehouse procedures, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of operations, and promoting a strong safety culture. The Warehouse Coordinator will work closely with management to achieve operational targets and improve overall warehouse efficiency. A thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, including the proper use of PPE, are essential. Your ability to organize and lead will drive our warehouse success. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.
- Maintain records of inventory, deliveries, and shipments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills.
