Job Summary:
Our Seattle, Washington distribution center is seeking a diligent and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role is vital for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, ensuring that we have the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time. The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal inventory levels. You will utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movements, update records, and generate reports. Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to detail are essential for success in this position. This role requires a solid understanding of inventory control best practices and their impact on overall logistics operations. You will also play a key role in promoting warehouse safety by ensuring that storage areas are organized and accessible, and that inventory is handled in a manner that minimizes risk. The correct use of PPE is mandatory. While not primarily a physical role, some Lifting may be required to access or move inventory items. The ideal candidate will be proficient with computer systems, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.

  • Ensure compliance with PPE requirements.
  • Support logistics operations through accurate inventory data.
  • Assist with occasional Lifting and movement of inventory.
