Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our operations in San Jose, California. This is a critical role responsible for the efficient management of all warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee a team of warehouse associates, fostering a productive and safe working environment. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness within the warehouse. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control principles, and supply chain logistics is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, with a strong emphasis on safety . This includes ensuring that all staff are trained on and adhere to safety protocols and correctly utilize all required PPE . Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct all warehouse operations.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Implement and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper use and availability of PPE .
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage resource allocation and staff scheduling.
  • Oversee compliance with all logistics standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
