We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, and managing a team of warehouse associates. Your primary focus will be on optimizing warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing all company policies and procedures, with a particular emphasis on safety protocols. You will also play a key role in training new team members, conducting performance reviews, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall productivity. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. You will be instrumental in managing the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. A deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management is essential. The ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems proactively is crucial. You will be expected to champion a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary tools and training, including proper PPE . This position involves significant Lifting and requires physical stamina and attention to detail. We are looking for a leader who can inspire confidence and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Train and mentor warehouse associates.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to all safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage operational performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Manage workload and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with Lifting and other physical tasks as needed.
