Your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe. A strong commitment to safety is non-negotiable; you must adhere to all safety regulations and consistently wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires a good level of physical fitness, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift and may need to perform frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or paper pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product safety during transit.
- Stage orders for outgoing shipment and load trucks as needed.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock organization.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all warehouse areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
