You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility. Safety is our utmost priority, and all associates are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and consistently wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet throughout your shift and may be involved in frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and put away incoming inventory.
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Load and unload freight from trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and other checks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical labor for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
