As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and then carefully packaging them for shipment. - Accurately picking items from inventory according to order tickets.
- Inspecting picked items for damage or defects.
- Efficiently and safely packing orders for shipment, ensuring items are protected.
- Labeling packages correctly for delivery.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station and surrounding areas.
- Assisting with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards.
This position requires the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 30 pounds. A strong focus on safety and the correct use of PPE is crucial. This role is fundamental to our logistics and fulfillment processes. Previous experience as a picker or packer is advantageous, but not required.
