Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments accurately, verifying contents and quantities.
- Pick orders efficiently using handheld scanners or other provided technology.
- Pack orders securely and accurately for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage prepared orders for outbound transportation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, upholding all safety standards.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Wear and utilize required PPE at all times.
- Support overall warehouse and logistics functions as directed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift and maneuver products weighing up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including potential overtime.
- Commitment to adhering to PPE requirements and safety protocols.
