Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload materials from various transport vehicles.
- Transport materials to designated storage areas, production lines, or shipping docks.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Organize and stack materials to ensure efficient space utilization and safety.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety standards.
- Use appropriate PPE as required for different tasks.
- Support the broader logistics and warehouse team as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a material handling or warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Knowledge of safe lifting techniques and warehouse safety protocols.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
