Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping a variety of products. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanners and RF devices.
  • Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities against purchase orders.
  • Stock shelves and ensure proper inventory rotation (FIFO).
  • Prepare shipments by labeling and packaging products securely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided).
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
