Become a key player in our e-commerce operations as a Fulfillment Associate in sunny San Diego, California. This role is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Attention to detail and efficiency are critical in this fast-paced environment. Your contribution is vital to our overall logistics success. We place a high emphasis on Safety, requiring all associates to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout their shift. This position involves frequent physical tasks, including reaching, bending, and Lifting items up to 50 lbs, so physical stamina is important. You will also assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of new inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent order fulfillment.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to perform accurate order picking and packing.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Understanding of e-commerce logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
